Formatting vCards for the Nokia 2660 (30+ Series)

Why?

The vCard import functionality on the Nokia 2660 (30+ series) is terrible.:

It only accepts a single name (last name) field per contact.
It supports no more than two phone numbers per contact; these must be categorized specifically as cell and home.
It frequently fails to import vCards correctly.

What?

Break contacts with many phone numbers into multiple vCards, e.g., "John Doe" and "John Doe (1)."
Utilize custom labels as name suffixes where feasible, e.g., "John Doe (old cell)."
Employ DOS-style line breaks (CRLF) instead of Unix-style (LF).
